A kosher certificate opens doors, or more particularly it opens markets for your products, in Europe, Israel and the world. Food purported to be suitable for kosher consumers may only be exported to Israel when they are certified kosher by an agency recognized by the Chief Rabbinate of the State of Israel. In North America there is much demand for kosher food products; there are more kosher consumers there than Jews, as in North America kosher is considered a reliable mark of quality assurance. With the exception of products containing or manufactured with alcohol, kosher is always suitable for halal, and we will happily advise you in cooperation with halal experts in this regard, too.

Rabbi Folger has been certifying kosher establishments and plants for eighteen years, is a member of the Standing Committee of the Conference of European Rabbis (CER), has since 2008 held several elected and appointed positions within the leadership of the Rabbinical Council of America (RCA) and is officially recognized by the Chief Rabbinate of the State of Israel for the purpose of issuing kosher certificates necessary for exporting foodstuffs to Israel. He enjoys the trust of leading kosher certification agencies.
