Rabbi Folger has been certifying kosher establishments and plants for eighteen years, is a member of the Standing Committee of the Conference of European Rabbis (CER), has since 2008 held several elected and appointed positions within the leadership of the Rabbinical Council of America (RCA) and is officially recognized by the Chief Rabbinate of the State of Israel for the purpose of issuing kosher certificates necessary for exporting foodstuffs to Israel. He enjoys the trust of leading kosher certification agencies.
